About us
FM Power Plumbing and Heating Ltd is an independent plumbing and heating company led by Frederik Marqeshi, who has spent over seven years on the tools working with homeowners, landlords and developers across London & surrounding areas.
We stay in one trade and do it properly: boilers, central heating, hot water systems, underfloor heating and gas work. You tell us the job, we survey it where needed and send a fixed written price, then the same team stays on it from the first visit to the final clean — commissioned, demonstrated and certified at the end.

Common questions
Which boiler should I get?
It depends on the property, not on the brand. One bathroom and decent mains pressure usually points to a combi; several bathrooms running at once normally wants a system boiler and a cylinder. We tell you which fits your home and why.
Do you have to lift all the floors?
Usually not. Pipe runs are planned around existing voids, joist gaps and cupboards wherever possible. Where boards do have to come up, they go back down properly.
Will it improve my shower?
If your mains supply is good, yes — noticeably. That is exactly why we test the flow rate first instead of promising it blind.
Do I actually need one?
Not always. If a single radiator is cold, it is often air or a stuck valve, and that is a much cheaper fix. We check before selling you a flush you do not need.
