Frederik Marqeshi, Director — “If it is not good enough for my own home, it does not leave my van.”
FM Power Plumbing and Heating Ltd is an independent plumbing and heating company led by Frederik Marqeshi, who has spent over seven years on the tools working with homeowners, landlords and developers across London & surrounding areas.
We stay in one trade and do it properly: boilers, central heating, hot water systems, underfloor heating and gas work. You tell us the job, we survey it where needed and send a fixed written price, then the same team stays on it from the first visit to the final clean — commissioned, demonstrated and certified at the end.
Every gas appliance is installed and tested by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and the certificates land in your inbox.
Pipework routed neatly, floors protected, site cleaned. We leave your home the way we would want ours left.
A written price before we start — no hourly drift, no surprise extras at the end of the job.
“Our boiler packed in on the coldest week of the year. Frederik came out the same day, gave us a clear price and had a new combi fitted within two days. Everything was left spotless.”
James T., North London — New boiler installation
“I manage several rental properties and use FM Power for all my gas safety certificates. Always reachable, always on time, and the paperwork comes through the same day.”
Michael O., East London — Gas safety certificates (CP12)
“Megaflo system fitted in the loft and two bathrooms replumbed. Proper pressure at last. Explained every step and cleared up at the end of each day.”
Daniel R., West London — Megaflo & hot water
Only Gas Safe registered engineers may legally work on gas appliances in the UK. FM Power is on the register, and you can check that yourself before we ever set foot in your home.

We work across London & surrounding areas, from our base in Hayes. Each borough below has its own page — a Victorian conversion in Hackney and a 1930s semi in Harrow need very different things from a heating system, and it is worth saying which is which.
Outside London: Essex, Kent, Surrey, Hertfordshire, Middlesex. Not sure whether you are in range? Give us a call — if we cannot help, we will tell you straight away rather than waste your time.
It depends on the property, not on the brand. One bathroom and decent mains pressure usually points to a combi; several bathrooms running at once normally wants a system boiler and a cylinder. We tell you which fits your home and why.
Usually not. Pipe runs are planned around existing voids, joist gaps and cupboards wherever possible. Where boards do have to come up, they go back down properly.
If your mains supply is good, yes — noticeably. That is exactly why we test the flow rate first instead of promising it blind.
Not always. If a single radiator is cold, it is often air or a stuck valve, and that is a much cheaper fix. We check before selling you a flush you do not need.
The longer answers — combi against cylinder, repairing against replacing, what the law actually asks of a landlord — are in our heating guides.
Fastest way to reach us is a call or WhatsApp — send a photo of the job and we will come back with a price. Prefer email? Use the form and we will reply as soon as we are off site.
